4. Q. What is your warranty?
All uv printer , dtf printer, sublimation printer, dtg printer,shaker dryer or oven are warrantied for 1 years starting from the date of shipment, but the parts passed by the ink ( including print head , ink pump , cartridges , ink motor etc ) are NOT included in this clause. Motherboard damage can be sent back for free repair. When the warrantyexpired, our company will still give you on line technician support for free. Especially,you can gain the longer and better Warranty for your printer with continuously ink order (lf you buyinks from us).
5.Q: How about the machine's package and transportation ?
A: Each machine before leave the factory will be protected by film, be fastened on the bottom of the wooden case with iron nails,after the machine be packed, we will choose the transportation way and export service according customer's requirement.
